East West Partners called upon Sales Center Design to develop a dynamic preview center located in the heart of historic downtown Truckee, California. This space was designed to attract the casual passer-by, helping establish Old Greenwood’s prominent presence in the community. Ultimately, this engaging solution successfully drove viewership to a more secluded onsite sales center and went on the win the coveted ARDA award for best sales center of the year.
